Jodi Zigelstein-Yip is a Human Resources Consultant with The Employers’ Choice Inc. She has been designing and facilitating training and development programs for more than nine years.  The combination of progressive human resources management experience and principles in adult education allows Jodi to create a wide range of programs particularly in the areas of supervisory/management and leadership development.  Her expertise lies in developing customized workshops including topics such as, communication skills, conflict resolution, and other related soft skills training.  Jodi also conducts WHMIS training in various types of industries.

In addition to her consulting responsibilities, Jodi teaches courses at the Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. Jodi is the Director of Mentoring and Education for the Human Resources Professionals Association of York Region, is a member of the Canadian Society for Training and Development and is pursuing her Certified Training and Development Professional Certification.

Jodi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a specialty in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, also graduated from the Sheridan College Human Resources Post-Diploma Program. Jodi holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, is a Trained Facilitator with Development Dimensions International, and holds her Certificate in Adult Education.
