Margaret Cernigoj is a Human Resources Consultant with the Employers' Choice Inc. She has been in the clinical consulting and human resources field for more than fifteen years. The combination of clinical expertise and business experience allows her to provide employers with practical and effective strategies to address organizational health and wellness issues and human resources concerns. Specific areas of expertise include attendance and disability management, workplace dynamics, mental health, and workplace culture development.

Margaret holds a Masters degree in Clinical psychology, a Bachelors degree in Economics and certification as a Canadian Rehabilitation Counsellor. She has extensive experience in human resources policy development, wellness program design, disability contract reviews and audits, return to work, duty to accommodate, rehabilitation and case management, assessment (cognitive and psychological), counseling, and training.
