Join Us in Celebration of Learn @ Work Week

The Employers’ Choice is joining many Canadian organizations in celebration of Learn @ Work Week from September 22nd – 26th, 2008. In celebration of this initiative and to promote the importance of workplace learning and performance to key stakeholders, on September 24th, TEC will be offering a great morning session that focuses on developing our future leaders.

• How do we groom our future leaders?
• How do we create programs that support leadership development?
• How do we reduce our legal exposure with Managers and the actions they take when supervising employees?
• How do we prove a return on investment to our senior leaders?

During this morning session, you will have opportunities to discuss these issues, network with others, examine methods for leadership and management skills development, and be introduced to TEC’s Management Foundations Program.
