Sherri Rossi recently joined TEC's team as a HR Consultant. She has been in the HR field for nearly eight years, working in service centres, retail, product design and manufacturing industries.

In addition to her HR skill set, Sherri has extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs in various business areas including performance management, interviewing and recruiting, customer service, social media and more. She has worked as a Human Resources and Training Specialist in both Canada and the U.S.

In addition to her consulting work, Sherri volunteers as a Reading Program Coach in Halton. Sherri also has a vast array of knowledge on the realm of social media for business and it's relation to human resources. Sherri has received awards for her professionalism in the workplace as well as recognition for her dedication to workplace diversity. Sherri is also a member of the HRPA Halton Chapter.

Sherri holds an Honors BA in Psychology from Brock University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from The University of California, Extension. She is also a Certified Instructional Designer and Developer through Langevin Learning Services.
