Bonni Titgemeyer

Bonni Titgemeyer is the Managing Director of The Employers' Choice Inc. She has been in the human resources consulting field for more than twenty years, in both a Canadian and international context. She is a well-known entity in the compensation, legislative compliance and organizational effectiveness arenas. With significant business acumen and an HR focus, she has highly-sought after experience which can effectively address a myriad of workplace issues.

In addition to her consulting work, Bonni is the Program Coordinator for the human resources management certificate program in continuing education at Sheridan Institute, and she has been an instructor for a variety of courses at the College and University level for twelve years. She is a two-time President of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Peel and has been actively involved at the Board level with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel and the Easter Seal Society, Ontario.

Bonni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa. She also holds four separate human resources professional designations including the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, the Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) designation, the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, and the Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) designation.

A Chicagoland native, Bonni is both a U.S. and Canadian citizen and is capable of working in either jurisdiction.
