Bonni Titgemeyer

Bonni Titgemeyer is the Managing Director of The Employers’ Choice Inc. She has been in the human resources consulting field for eighteen years, in both a Canadian and international context. She is a well-known entity in the compensation, legislative compliance and organizational effectiveness arenas. She also has significant expertise in working with businesses undergoing change.

In addition to her consulting work, Bonni is the Program Coordinator for the human resources management certificate program in continuing education at Sheridan Institute, and she has been an instructor for a variety of courses at the College and University level for ten years. In 2009, she will serve her second term as President of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Peel. She is also a member of the Toronto Consulting Advisory Group (CAG) of the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise (CAFE) and sits on Board committees of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel and the Easter Seal Society, Ontario.

Bonni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa. She also holds four separate human resources professional designations including the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, the Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) designation, the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, and the Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) designation.

A Chicagoland native, Bonni is both a U.S. and Canadian citizen and is capable of working in either jurisdiction.
