History

TEC was founded in 1999 by David Chondon, Susan Crawford and Christopher Andree– lawyers practicing in the area of labour and employment law. Their vision was to establish a consulting firm dedicated to providing employers with hands-on support and best practice solutions to a variety of workplace problems.

In 2003, Laura Williams and Bonni Titgemeyer joined the ownership team. With Laura and Bonni on board, TEC’s practice expanded and the services provided have broadened.

Today, TEC employs a team of human resources professionals who promote best practices and the most current thinking in human resources management. Together, we offer considerable experience and expertise in advising on human resources matters.
